Daniel Burke
Father, Business Lines Specialist, and Consultant in Ohio
I’m a Business Lines Specialist with the Winkelmann Insurance Agency in Ohio, helping entrepreneurs and growing companies protect the businesses they’ve worked hard to build. My approach goes beyond quoting policies — I work directly with business owners to identify operational blind spots, uncover liability exposures, and build insurance strategies that actually fit the way their businesses run. From contractors and food trucks to professional offices, property owners, and service-based businesses, I focus on practical protection, clear communication, and long-term relationships rooted in trust.
Over the years, I’ve developed a reputation for combining insurance knowledge with real-world business conversations. Networking, relationship-building, and referral partnerships have become a major part of how I serve my clients and community. I enjoy helping business owners think bigger, tighten operations, strengthen risk management, and make smarter decisions that support sustainable growth. Whether I’m speaking at a networking event, collaborating with local professionals, or guiding a client through coverage options, my goal is always the same: make complicated things understandable and help people move forward with confidence.
Before entering the insurance industry, my path included retail leadership, entrepreneurship, creative arts, and customer service — experiences that taught me adaptability, communication, and how to connect with people from all walks of life. That mix of business sense and personality allows me to bring a more relatable, human approach to an industry that often feels overly technical.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad, technology enthusiast, movie fan, DIYer, and aspiring modern homesteader. I enjoy blending modern tools with hands-on skills, whether that means experimenting with 3D printing, tackling projects around the house, exploring the outdoors, or sharing hobbies and games with my three boys. I believe the best relationships — in business and life — are built through curiosity, consistency, and genuine connection.
