I must say that I experienced 3 revolutions that marked my professional career:

1. Arriving to human resources studies with 18 years old and not knowing where to go; But after all these years I can say I wasn't wrong about studying laboral laws and getting into this amazing world. So I fell in love with the profession and kept on studying more and more about people and their behaviors, passions, engagement and so on.

2. 10 years ago I met the retail industry and I fell in love again. It was very clear to me that people are strategic within this industry so I wanted to stay there and make a difference, the difference of the retail industry driven by and for people making the best of them, so the brand can shine to the most important thing they have: their clients!

3. Currently I'm living how technology is slowly changing the way we manage people and their talent and how these new trends are changing the way the companies are organized, how they live, how they operate in markets.

That's where I belong and that's where I want to stay: getting the best of the people for the best of the organizations.
