I can bring many attributes to the table of employers. First off I am motivated off of setting goals for myself and my future employer. Goals represent new challenges for me so I feel motivated to go after a new goal and accomplish it. Next I have the flexibility that many potental employees don't have. I have the ability to change on the fly, a critial attribue in today's workplace that seems to be on-the-go. I have the willingness to accept responsibility for any actions that I do in the workplace and I make sure that everything gets done according to plan.

There are many opportunities in the accounting industry that are there. Every business needs accountants so that a business knows the financial position that its in and whether its making a profit or not. A threat in the accounting industry is that there is a lot of competition in this industry so its important for me to seperate myself from others that are applying for the same job that I am.

A strength of mine is that I am a very reliable person. I always accomplish what needs to be done in my life so I can make the transition from doing this in my life to my occupation. A weakness of mine that I'm trying to work on is becoming more socialibe with people. I'm usually a pretty shy person around new people but its a process to be accustomed to new people and surroundings so my social skills are still developing.

A benefit of hiring me is that I'm goal oriented so I'm accustomed to accomplishing what needs to be done. I also have the skills that I learned in college thus far to develop into the best employee that I can be.
