Daniel Garabato

I am a computer engineer really interested in both Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining techniques.

Because of my collaboration in the Gaia project of the European Space Agency as a PhD student I was able to come into contact with the necessity of managing and analyzing enormous amounts of data using an automatized approach in order to extract knowledge. This collaboration allowed me to acquire abilities and experience to design and develop software applications based on Artificial Intelligence algorithms for distributed computing environments, as well as it also offered me the possibility of joining an international scientific network such as the Gaia Data Processing and Analysis Consortium (DPAC).
