I am the Program Manager for the Global BigFix Team at IBM. I am responsible for Account Projects and the design and continuous improvement of the Service Delivery Model for the Global Shared Hub. In this role I have to engage with Sector Focals and DPEs to plan and manage the different projects related to their accounts in their respective IOTs. I am also the BigFix Focal for Transition and Transformation accounts deploying in the BigFix shared infrastructure. I lead the BigFix PMs, help them with their projects and lead the Agile Transformation for the Global BigFix team.

Within the IBM Costa Rica PMO I actively participate in Strategic Initiatives. I am a Social Business advocate, Agile and Social Tools power user. Recently I was part of the team that lead the Agile transformation of the Costa Rica CIC.

I am PMP and ITIL Foundations Certified.

Previous to my carreer in IBM, I managed Noise's (bigwebnoise.com) client relations, managed the company's portfolio, and directed a team of designers and developers. My team developed websites, portals, mobile apps, social media apps and others for local Costa Rica clients and international companies using Agile and waterfall. My engineer mind always helped me design and improve processes used in the management and creation of these products. I designed the processes for production and client engagement, and lead the reinvention of the company's strategy.
