Daniel Lamando

I am a 21-year-old software engineer based out of Los Angeles and working for Scopely in Culver City. When I'm not creating new software and improving various open-source projects, I can be found rocking out to music, riding my bike, building robots with friends, or just chilling around campus.

Protonet (and Hamburg, Germany) is my home away from home during breaks, where I hack on their cool product while learning quite a bit about working on a software development team.

Node.JS and Ruby are my go-to languages, and Ubuntu Linux is the tool of my trade. IRC is my preferred method of communication, and it is also the subject of many of my quick projects.

At Drexel University, I am involved in Drexel DragonLAN, which is the university LAN party organization. Though not much of a gamer, I tag along and assist with setup, server administration, and other such tasks. I also frequently help members with programming work or with DragonLAN projects.
