As the Security Testing Lead for Bridgewater Associates, the number one hedge fund in the world, I am tackling the biggest challenges in security while working on the bleeding edge of technology. As such, I am creating security programs from the ground up, while driving the maturation of basic capabilities into advanced capabilities.

With over 15 years of experience in security risk management, security engineering, architecture, penetration testing, cyber warfare operations, red teaming, counterintelligence, insider threat programs, open source intelligence and data analytics; I am able to provide a unique point of view when approaching organizational problems to solve in new and creative ways.

As a leader, I provide mentorship and guidance to my teams through collaborative and efficient coordinated work streams. I identify the strengths and weaknesses of my team mates and ensure they are working problems suited to their strengths while also challenging them to grow their weaknesses - always setting them up for success.

As as an operator, I find joy in analyzing large disparate data sets with no seemingly commonalities, solving intrinsically difficult security problems that require both hard and soft skills, as well as getting 'dirty' when needed in order to ensure an organization is secure by decomposing their technology systems and operational processes into problem sets, threat modeling them and identifying weaknesses in their designs and implementations.
