I graduated from the University of San Francisco with a master's in international and development economics and hold two bachelors from Portland State University in economics and political science.
Accross two international field research assignments I have researched issues involving social capital, entrepreneurship, crime, public policy and migration.
I would like to apply my life experiences, both personal and professional, to benenit those around me. I have a profound interest in development.
I am also the Editor-in-Chief of ideafart (www.ideafart.com), a blog focused on discussing world issues, politics, economics and business ideas. My experiences in life carry onto the topics I prefer writing about on the blog. I hope I can shape discussion with my work, and I truly enjoy writing.
