For the majority of my career, I facilitated the attendance of 2,500+ participants at Creating Change, the largest annual, multi-day conference of cross-sector progressive advocates in the United States.

As Assistant Conference Director, I was responsible for core functions of this flagship event – I managed systems and teams that annually supported 300+ presenters, 150+ volunteers, 50+ exhibitors, and 10+ consultants. The relationships I cultivated were also instrumental in delivering an impactful event experience for all participants.

A little more about me: I was born, raised, and currently reside just outside Los Angeles.

I began my working journey in 2010 after earning an undergrad degree in Psychology – and in my spare time, you can find me enjoying ice cream, spending time with loved ones, making Spotify playlists, or taking walks in the sunshine.
