I'm one coffee away from a coma at all times. I'm a little bit of everything, but mostly I'm a cycling nut/computer geek/cinephile/audiophile. I do tai chi, meditate, photography and play guitar (though I've given up my dreams of rock stardom) in addition to the biking. I'm also a bit of a hockey nut (um... Canadian!) and soccer fanatic at the moment. And I dig travelling. I grew up in Thunder Bay but, lived in Toronto for over 20 years. I was always a small town boy trapped in a big city, but I was cool with that. In July 2010, I moved to Grand Bank, NL, to be with the love of my life, and the one that got away and somehow came back, and I haven't looked back since. Now a stepdad of three wonderful kids and bio-dad of a lovely little girl.
