Daniel Rodríguez Hernández

Graduated in software engineering DipHE in 2010 by Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid, Spain). #1 of the class and awarded with the extraordinary prize of the class year 2009-10. I was writing my first source code (in QBasic!) when I first entered into a computer academy when I was 7 years old. Since these years to now, I've been acquiring new skills in the fine art of programming (and I still continue!).

My best qualities are the capacity of making an analytical analysis of the problem to solve, always looking for the best design of solution which can solve similar problems (Ad-hoc solutions usually are not the correct form to resolve a problem IMHO), the capacity of learning and assimilating new knowledge very fast— I love learning new technologies and put them into action!— and the capacity of organizing oneself to achieve the goals. A very good teammate – There is no impossible problem if we work like a team –. Responsibility and hard-working are my favorite words. I never give up a problem until I find the solution.

I'm employed by GMV since 2010, working on a Liferay based application web of an important telecommunication company from Spain. Here there are some kinds of technologies I've use (and I continue use!) in this project:

  • Liferay, an Open Source CMS based in portlets and servlets.
  • J2EE | EJB3 |MySQL + Hibernate
  • SOAP based Web Services
  • JSP | Apache Velocity Templates| jQuery | jQuery Mobile
  • Qt Jambi

And so on! This list will continue growing in the course of time. It's a deal!
You can contact me using the list of services that are below. I'm always looking for a master who I can learn new stuff!
