Including others- I am very accepting of others, I like to be aware of who is feeling left out. Then I make the effort to make them feel include or a part of something.

Connecting-sensing how other people are feeling in important to any relationship. I like to understand what is happening from another perspective to better collaborate with them.

ADAPTABILITY

BeingReady- I like knowing all the information that I can in order to help withproblem situations as they occur. If you’re prepared there is no worrying.

COMMUNICATION

Ideasto Words- I find it easy to turn my thoughts to words and getting my pointacross in order to put my best foot forward. I like being able communicate to explain my thoughts to be a better conversationalist and presenter.
