I love working with smart people who are passionate about their work. I left management consulting work after university in pursuit of international experiences and social impact. After nearly a decade in Asia, where I founded PEPY, an education and youth leadership organization and PEPY Tours, a development education travel company, I now find myself with roots in Europe. I consult for a number of social businesses as well as ongoing work with the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship.

I am passionate about putting the "learning" back in international volunteering, and am co-authoring a book called Learning Service, promoting the idea that we have to learn before we can help.
