Daniel A. Singer

Daniel A. Singer is an Honors graduate of McGill University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following graduation, Mr. Singer lived in Japan for two years, where he worked as an English teacher. When he returned to North America, Mr. Singer attended and graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Before going out on his own, Daniel A. Singer worked as an associate at two prominent Manhattan law firms.

Through The Law Offices of Daniel A. Singer PLLC, Mr. Singer provides a broad range of legal services to both individuals and companies, with a particular emphasis on representing clients in commercial and business disputes. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Singer regularly counsels clients on matters ranging from contract disputes, shareholder derivative actions, partnership disagreements, and the misappropriation of intellectual property.
