Daniel Azougy

Daniel Azougy is experienced in spotting companies that are about to go under and finding ways to help them find their way back to financial viability. He has developed a detailed technique whereby he is able to uncover weak areas in the company and design a plan for it to recover. He draws on his own legal experience as well as his years of working in business to succeed in corporate turnarounds. In addition, he has developed projects in Israel and in the UK and is the senior manager at Tropics by the Sea in Ashdod, which is a luxury complex of seaside holiday rentals. Daniel Azougy was born in Morocco, but now makes his home in Israel, where he lives with his wife and children. When he has extra time, he enjoys playing soccer and tennis. An avid fan of soccer and basketball, he attends games of Macabbi Tel Aviv with his children.

Keen Sense of Business

Since 2002, Daniel Azougy has been involved in business development. Armed with a keen sense of business finance, he carries out in-depth research on firms that are on the brink of collapse. He studies several areas of the business until he discovers how he can help revive the company. One of the areas he studies is the product or service that the company provides. He ensures that the product is not at fault and if it is, he recommends upgrades that will improve the quality. He also takes a good look at the personnel working in the business. He judges the situation to determine if the company can work better with fewer employees, or if it needs to hire individuals that are more qualified to fill its needs. Cash flow is another area he studies, to analyze the balance between money coming in and expenditures. At the end of his work, he draws up a strategic plan the company can use to once again become more profitable.

Civil Litigation

After moving from Morocco to Ashdod, Daniel Azougy enjoyed his childhood on the sea. He entered the IDF after his graduation from high school, where he became a part of the Golani Brigade. At the completion of three years of service, he began the study of law at the Tel Aviv University. With a degree in law, he established a business in Tel Aviv. He developed a rep
