A real estate investor based in New Jersey, Daniel Ballerini has been self-employed full time since 2012. Mr. Ballerini specializes in residential single-family homes and small apartment buildings he holds as rentals. He is the owner of First Station Real Estate, LLC.

From 2012 to 2017, Dan Ballerini has accumulated a real estate portfolio of 73 Properties, for a combined 88 rental units. He specialized in REO foreclosures in good neighborhoods that require an initial renovation. After completing the repairs, Mr. Ballerini holds the properties as long term rentals.

Daniel Ballerini employs a business model that relies on buying distressed real estate-owned (REO) properties. Dan works on these by completing significant renovations and then having them rented out to residential tenants.

Mr. Ballerini enjoys the experience of seeing a renovation from start to finish . He believes distressed REO properties present much potential for those confident enough to develop them and make them usable for other people again.

Daniel Ballerini makes the most of his solid educational background earned from Rutgers, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2008. Dan Ballerini completed his Undergraduate degree in Finance and went on to pursue an MBA degree, with dual concentration in Finance and Management. He completed his MBA Cum Laude.
