Daniel Barron

I'm a 25-year-old Commercial Guard, working for one of the busiest railways in the country. I'm extremely proud to represent nearly 200 years of operational and customer service history in my role, and I make sure it shows every day.

I am responsible for the safety, wellbeing, and experience of up to 1500 passengers at a time (and up to 250m of train), and it is a source of great pride that I am on the first line of British railways and helping to shape the passenger view of the modern rail system.

I am a very customer-oriented individual, very dedicated to service and to the customer experience.
