What works for me is not describing my career life as work but rather my purpose. I am a compassionate, simple-minded and task oriented person. I find the most happiness when I work with other people, especially ones that I can be of the most benefit to. I am honest, sometimes too much so. I have a following of people in my life that I love and support as they love and support me. My perception of how I am is
often skewed, and more times than not, I find peace of mind when I rely on my intellect of what is really going on rather than my emotions. I have choices in my life that I often forget about and need reminding. I gravitate to where it is warm, both on climate and personality basis. I show up, even when I don’t want to. I hate to exercise but do it anyways. I can organize just about anything. I am kind hearted and use my experience to relate and help others. What inspires me the most are people that do what they are, that have struggles along the way, but who feel happy in their own skin. In all honesty, I’d really like a career to find me. I find passion in business and the arts. I find the finance world fascinating and the art world beautiful. I am one that leans toward quality over quantity and very simple and beautiful things have the biggest effect on me. I gravitate to people that are very exotic and different but find comfort in people that are consistent and calm. I think someone’s appearance says a lot about them and I love when people use their bodies to tell a story. In the past few years, I have been dressing people when they come into my store and I find it very rewarding. I love the entire process. Interacting with people that want something new for themselves, being able to gain their trust, and trying things on until they find something that makes them feel more like them. I really love watching people get so excited about something they buy and being able to add to that emotional attachment. I want to grow in this career, in whatever way it forms. Constantly being able to take risks and explore. I love living in New York and find it is the best of all worlds but I think I would like to live in Europe someday. There is just something about the way of life in France and Italy that is so enriching and calming. My friends often describe me as being very energetic and enthusiastic with a whisper of sarcasm. I have a lot of friends and feel my life is very full because of it. At this point, I am not sure what else to say about myself
