Daniel Benji

I am a personal injury lawyer and founder of Benji Personal Injury - Accident Attorneys, A.P.C located in Anaheim, CA.

About my educational background, I obtained my law degree from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, I engaged in a number of courses including Evidence and Legal Writing. From those, I also served as a research assistant to Professor Norman M. Garland, a prominent legal scholar and law professor to many current trial practitioners in California. Then I went on to gain significant litigation experience which altogether has helped me to this day.

My practice area includes car, trucking, rideshare, bicycle, pedestrian, and other traffic-related accidents. Additionally, I have handled cases involving premises liability issues involving unsafe conditions, walkway defects, stairway defects, and other maintenance and safety-related matters.
