Sometimes you realize that what you are doing isn't "really" working - and an exit strategy will be difficult. Making that change, will enable rewards - you just won't see them during the first seasons. Continuing to move forward will bring-forth fruit and you just have to keep pushing forward. You want to stop and smell the blossoms, and you must remember - the target is the fruit at the end of the season. Don't get slowed down by anything less than the target.
