I am currently the Product Manager for LotusLive iNotes. I've worked in various roles with SaaS technology for over 10 years including working as the Director of Sales Engineering for Outblaze, which was acquired by IBM in 2009. Prior to my work at Outblaze, I was the president of a boutique consulting firm specializing in implementing SaaS solutions for SMEs. I live in Toronto.
