My name is Daniel and my favorite place to go is Sweet Hut. It’s a popular bakery and cafe that serves sweet, delicious beverages and appetizing snacks. Ever since its opening last summer, I have spent around a couple hundred dollars in total on its merchandise which is maybe not the best way to blow your paycheck of only eighty dollars a week. I consider it a small miracle that I have not developed some form of diabetes or related health issue by now but it may soon be imminent as I continue to visit Sweet Hut on weekends and consume additional sugars outside of it. People say I go there too much but I think a couple dollars to Sweet Hut for a day's happiness is a pretty good trade-off. My friends like to joke that Sweet Hut is my second home but I think if they tried to imagine a world without it, they would also confess their love for the place considering how many times we have been there to hang out. A couple of my friends also love to tease me about the time I once had a crush on an employee who worked there. Sweet Hut is a place that holds many memories for me but I’m sure my parents wouldn’t take that as an excuse for spending roughly $340 on something as unnecessary as milk tea.
