Daniel Corlett

Luxury Home Developer and Real Estate Broker in Bellevue, Washington

From a young age, I've been a designer and a builder. My first substantial woodworking project was a fully functional, 10’ long canoe I independently designed and built at age seven.

Since then, I've restored vintage Luscombe airplanes, designed and built fine hardwood furniture, created high end custom cabinets, and created one-of-a-kind showpiece lathe-turned bowls out of exotic hardwoods.

After graduating from WSU with a BA in Finance, I became a Real Estate Investor and General Contractor.

My constant drive to create new art with the finest quality materials and workmanship led me to professionally excel at every aspect of home building.

Continuing my studies at UW, I earned a certificate in Commercial Real Estate, leading to expertise in both residential and commercial property. I became a licensed broker four years ago in order to gain market and transactional experience.

I'm naturally analytical with an aptitude for finance, data-driven analysis, and precise investment modeling.

I've built upon these skills by constantly monitoring market trends, macroeconomics, business models, Real Estate law, land use code & zoning—making me a valued knowledge resource.

As a real estate broker with an investor’s perspective, I have helped many clients increase their net worth with strategically executed real estate investments.

I am also proud to serve on the development board for HomeSight, a Seattle-based nonprofit dedicated to creating affordable housing.

When I'm not at work or in the shop with a creative project, you’ll find me outdoors—either exercising my rambunctious golden retriever Addie, sailing competitively on J24’s out of Leschi, fly-fishing, or skiing.
