I’ve spent most of my career working around businesses that are growing, changing, or preparing for their next stage. Today, I’m involved in the towing industry through Elite Towing and serve as CEO and Board Member of Legacy Tow Group. My background is in investment banking, private equity, acquisitions, and corporate strategy, but I’ve always been most interested in the people and decisions behind a business.
I grew up in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, with two parents who were school teachers. They taught me early that consistency and hard work matter. Swimming was also a big part of my life, and I competed at a nationally ranked level. That experience taught me discipline and gave me an appreciation for preparation long before I entered the business world.
After earning my B.B.A. in Finance from the College of William and Mary, I built a career in investment banking. I held senior roles at firms including Truist Securities, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Jefferies, Quarterdeck Investment Partners, Legg Mason, and Stifel Nicolaus. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with public companies, private businesses, and private equity-backed organizations across a wide range of industries.
What I’ve learned is that growth rarely comes down to one decision. It usually comes from strong leadership, good people, thoughtful acquisitions, and a willingness to adapt. Those are the lessons I continue to bring into my work today.
I also care a great deal about mentorship and giving back. I’ve supported the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors and organizations connected to marine conservation and sustainable fishing.
Outside of work, I enjoy offshore fishing, boating, golf, walking, and spending time with my family. I’m also a regular listener to business and finance podcasts because I like hearing how other leaders think through challenges.
