A recipient of the Donald M. Palatucci Advocate of the Year award from the American Academy of Neurology, Dr. Daniel C. Potts currently serves as the president of the Cognitive Dynamics Foundation, which he established in 2010. In this position, he leads a variety of programs ranging from service learning and arts-therapy training, including Bringing Art to Life and Cognitive Connections. Dr. Daniel C. Potts also aims to raise awareness of Alzheimer's through projects such as Let Me Be Your Memory, a curriculum designed for middle school students.
