From Early Beginnings to Industry Leadership
Dadoun's entrepreneurial journey began early, when he launched his first business at the age of 18, a building maintenance company. While running the business, he pursued a degree in electrical engineering from the Jerusalem College of Engineering, a background that would later fuel his interest in leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency in logistics and real estate.
After gaining valuable experience in Memec Electronics—which was eventually acquired by Avnet—Dadoun shifted focus to creating his own logistics company in 2009. What started as a small operation quickly expanded, growing into a global network with over 2.6 million square feet of warehouse space, providing logistics solutions for various industries including perishables, commodities, and fashion.
Transition to Real Estate: D.G. Development Group
Building on his success in logistics, Daniel Dadoun made a strategic move into real estate development, founding D.G. Development Group. His real estate projects focus on sustainable and community-enhancing developments, and they reflect his vision for creating spaces that balance modernity with environmental responsibility.
One of Dadoun’s most ambitious real estate ventures is the Rova One Project in Jerusalem, a development that features two residential towers with 298 apartments. The project is a model for sustainable urban living, with green building practices and energy-efficient designs that meet the needs of modern residents while preserving the historic and cultural integrity of Jerusalem.
