Attorney Daniel DeKoter attended Calvin College, graduating with a degree in Philosophy and English in 1977. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1980, graduating from the University of Iowa with high distinction. He is a partner at DeKoter, Thole, Dawson & Rockman, PLC and has represented clients throughout Sioux, Lyon, O’Brien, Dickinson, and Osceola counties in Iowa, and Jackson and Nobles counties in Minnesota.

He lives in Dickinson, Iowa, with his two children.
