Dan Gallone

Saint Catharines, Ontario

Hey There Folks,

My name is Daniele Gallone. Most of my friends call me Dan because generally people confuse the name with Danielle, but I can definitely promise I am not a girl. Regardless, I'm an interesting person to get to know. Essentially, getting to know me means getting to know my family, which consists of six amazing individuals. Yes, we are your typical large italian family and I could not love it more. I know what your thinking and yes, you're right, it's a lot of pasta believe me! My mom is a chef and dad is a business man so naturally, I'm trying to combine the two and open up my own sports bar and grill one day. I currently go to Brock University where I want to eventually get my Masters in Marketing. The goal is to become an Entrepeneur one day.

Besides my fun loving family, there is also much more to me then just the pasta and dedication to school. For example, I used to play semi proffesional soccer for the Toronto Lynx, untill I tore my knee and lost my scholarships. Along with that scholarship went the opportunity of a proffesional contract to Portugal, only to wind up living the ultimate dream here in St. Catharines. WOO! Soccer without a doubt wasn't the be all and end all for me though. I used to wrestle in highschool where no one could rock that one piecer better then I could, while also growing up playing competitive hockey (at a younger age that is, playing single A). I then eventually stoped growing while everyone else was just starting haha so that was that. Ive always been the active type and know without a doubt that I will be till the day I die.

Now what's the point of being a future business man if I didn't already have the competitive drive to make money? I deffinately make my time worth my buck. Over the summer I worked in multiple trades including Carpentry, Roofing, Painting and Home electronics Installation. Transitioning to the softer side of my tough ways, I have always been involved with volunteering as I used to be a spokesman for a charity called "Hockey Helps the Homeless". I have spent two consecutive summers during my glory days, (highschool) teaching special needs children how to play baseball for an organization called "Diamond Division" baseball league. I am currently the head marketer for a NPO called Playmakers, simply enjoying every second of it.

If you see me around please feel free to approach me anytime I love making new friends.

Cheers guys!
