Daniel George

A versatile, creative, and commercially aware MA graduate with experience working on NGO and election campaigns and in an award-winning public affairs and corporate communications agency, Open Road. With my current internship coming to an end I am looking for a permanent position in a communications role.

My experience in communications roles both on the general election campaign and in the third sector taught me that I wished to pursue a career in communications, so that I could continue to practise the art of persuasion. This led me to my internship at Open Road which has given me a thorough grounding in the basics of PR and confirmed my desire to pursue a career in a busy agency environment.

I am particularly interested in the future of communications, and the further integration of digital techniques and practices into every aspect of communications strategy. I love to meet new people and share stories (I love a good story and have a few, myself!) and relish the opportunity to learn new skills and put them to good use as part of a team.
