Maidstone, Kent

Born in Barnet, London; moved to Purley, Surrey; then a stint in Tunbridge Wells; then to Santiago, Chile when I was 4; then Concepción, Chile; back to Reigate in the UK when I was 8 and spoke more Spanish than English; then to a village called Weald near Sevenoaks; then a short stay in Underriver, Kent before heading up to the fantastic city of Hull; headed back down south to Maidstone aged 16 where I met Jo within 2 weeks who is now my wife. Stayed in Maidstone ever since. Keep heading off in all directions but Maidstone is my home and I love it. Set up a business with Jo in 1998 aged 24, have spent most of my life since figuring out how to do it better. It’s been an amazing journey and we’re getting there through some incredible experiences and with the help of a brilliant team. Our focus is on touching the world of healthcare and seeing it become everything it could be. We invented the world's first ever big data tool that helps organizations to learn from what doctors say and do online. The business takes me all around the world where I’m involved in consulting with clients, teaching and speaking at conferences. I enjoy travelling but I prefer coming home and I hate saying goodbye. Meanwhile, we grew a beautiful family. Our 3 children are so amazing and a real blessing. One day they will be a scientist; an entrepreneur; and an Olympic gymnast. At least that’s what they might do; who they’ll be I’m still working on, while I still can. One thing I’ve learned through my whole life is God is good. I mean really good. All my days were written in His book before one of them came to be. That’s amazing. And He’s told me I can never out-dream Him; He always sees more potential in me & everything than I can ever dream of. Knowing that set me free to really dream and believe I can make a difference.
