I'm a founding member of Monocle 24, Monocle magazine's live 24-hour international radio station. I produce and host our weekly business podcast, The Entrepreneurs (link above), and daily news shows.

I've interviewed thousands of fascinating people in the worlds of business, arts, tech, diplomacy, and politics, and have produced and reported stories from dozens of countries.

Some fun things I've done: Explored the largest container ship on earth in Copenhagen. Produced shows at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Toured Louis XIV's favourite candlemaker in Normandy. Dodged flying debris in an Athens riot. Learned the art of hydropower in England's Lake District. Met with protesters in Hong Kong during the umbrella revolution. Produced a film about the world's largest toy fair in Nürnberg and a radio documentary on Iran's opposition movement. Discussed the Cold War over tea with a Central Asian ambassador, talked climate change with a sinking nation's foreign minister, and had coffee on the houseboat of a sushi tycoon.

Past life: Studied in New York, London and Geneva. Taught English in Brazil. Helped launch a mobile tech startup. Tracked a Yemeni insurgency for a global security firm.
