Daniel Gran

Daniel Gran is currently finishing off his 5th year of Industrial Engineering and Management at Luleå University of Technology. He recently worked in Canada for a year where he was the primary researcher for the technical support for a large US bank's mobile app, making him an expert in dealing with customers and solving problems on the spot. One problem he solved involved using an application called Tealeaf that allows you to see the customers interaction with the mobile app, and he identified a problem that would have impact approximately 150 customers greatly.

Currently Daniel is burying himself in scientific articles regarding Product-Service systems, how product and service can be offered to customers in integrated solutions increasing the value proposition. He is doing this to prepare for his Master thesis that takes place form January 2013 - June 2013 where he wants to be able to offer solutions to companies who may need to increase their margins because currently they compete using price, or they compete using quality, whereas they could also compete with great service while using the product. This would create great competitive advantages.
