Daniel Kovacs, PE, is a seasoned Lead Civil Engineer and Business Manager with over 18 years of comprehensive experience in civil engineering and land development. As a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Daniel has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, from large-scale military base expansions to intricate municipal utility designs and extensive residential developments.
Kovacs expertise spans development reviews, feasibility studies, construction management, land planning and design, hydraulic analysis, and FEMA Flood Studies. Notably, he has led projects involving significant earthwork, infrastructure development for the U.S. Marine Corps and Army, and the design and permitting of thousands of residential lots across Central Florida.
