French (French mum) and Haitian (Haitian dad), I grew up 10 years in Ivory Coast (Africa) where I was born.

Graduated in Computer & Economics Science, I worked 9 years in IT companies as a Client/Server developer, before going back to school to get a Strategy and Business Intelligence degree. Back to work, I discovered a complete new and fascinating world : Human Resources. Since then, I try to focus on the HR field whatever company I work for. 5 years in a German software company (dedicated to Workforce management), I enjoyed the international aspect of the job and had a lot of fun.

Today, I would like to keep having “fun”. What does it mean? It means interesting topics to learn, improve oneself, challenging situations, right to make mistakes, learn from these mistakes, real autonomy in the position and one agenda, make things happen, bring solutions, help people. In such circumstances, I am 100% (and more) dedicated to the Job.

During these 15 years, I have met lot of people (from IT to HR, from Customers to Vendors/Thirds parties). I really believe in relationships based on respect, honesty and transparency. Business does not need to always be stressful.

During free time, I like learning languages. Other hobbies include writing, reading self-development/spirituality/philosophy books, running (10km, semi-marathon), swimming.
