I love food. I will try (almost) anything once. I have an entire bookshelf full of colorful cookbooks. I have had glasses since the second grade. I am a mom to the CUTEST baby boy, ever. I will fight for what I believe is right. I prefer my water sparkling. I have way too many pairs of fuzzy socks. I love to bake. I used to volunteer at an animal shelter and now own two cats and two dogs. I completed a research project in college on factory farming that made me become a pescetarian for 4 years. I care about where my food comes from. I'm a bit of a beer snob. My mouth must be open for the proper mascara application. I almost always immediately change into my sweats upon returning home. I hate spiders. Yoga soothes my soul. I prefer peanut butter and maple syrup on my pancakes/waffles. My Microsoft Inbox is neatly organized by colorful categories and folders. I leave cupboard doors open. My recipe collection on Pinterest is ridiculously large. I can't eat beets because they remind me of the smell of my grandmother's basement. Insects make me a little crazy. I talk to my pets in funny voices. Bear hugs can cure almost anything. I love mint and mojitos. Connecting with nature makes me whole. Amos Lee is my favorite Pandora station. I saved up for a Vitamix blender a few years ago and it is still one of my favorite purchases. Kids are funny and I hope my career provides the opportunity to work with them daily. I enjoy writing formula recipes. I highly dislike putting laundry away and would pay someone to do it for me.
