Lakeland, Florida
Growing up in Lakeland, Florida gave me a love for the beach and sunny days that are always made better with a glass of sweet tea in hand.
When I am not outside enjoying a cup of sweet tea with the sunshine beaming across my face, I'm studying Associated Press style, current news or catching a new show on Netflix.
In the midst of all these interests, I found the time to attain a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee.
Tennessee has taught me many things such as: snow can be scary and annoying, it rains for more than 30 minutes at a time, overcast happens and mountains never fail to take your breath away.
Despite these "difficult" lessons, I managed to make it through four years of undergraduate studies and graduate cum laude — with honors.
I am pursuing a career in community relations. My skill set includes: writing in AP style, research and data analysis, conducting and constructing surveys/primary research, interviewing for articles and press releases, and working with the Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop and InDesign.
