Driven by a desire to engage, innovate & lead I have found my greatest passion! As the Head of Communications, Operations and Omni Experience my focus lies on increasing enterprise value through the development of long term sales strategies, the seamless integration of the digital & physical space and connecting employees with organizational vision and strategy.

My current role at Chico’s FAS goes further than just fixing operational processes & wrangling commas, it encompasses branding, innovation, customer experience, change management, driving sales & a responsibility to increase enterprise value through brand culture.

I am proud to be a 40 under 40 Gulfshore Business nominee and leader in my field.

Prior to my current role I played key roles in field leadership & human resources. I have also been an adjunct professor teaching public speaking at California State University- Hayward and Florida Gulf Coast University.

My education includes a Masters Degree in Speech Communication and a Bachelors Degree in Telecommunication.

While I am a passionate leader, my greater passion is being a mom & wife. With two amazing boys I am always on the go and during college football season you can find me cheering on my Florida Gators and working with my two boys to learn the gator chomp!

As an individual no matter what the challenge personal or professional I pride myself on going above and beyond and working with those around me to help them be the best they can be.
