The social nature of media and technology today is changing the very way we exist, consume and connect with people - this shift has revolutionised the communications industry and forced businesses to think and act differently when it comes to how they interact and talk with customers.
People and businesses have opportunities to connect, share and engage like never before - with my siblings living overseas I'm grateful for the ease of sharing news, photos and updates with the click of a few buttons - and spend a lot of time doing so.
