The strength I picked is achiever. In my own words, achiever means that I am able to set my mind to something and do it. It means that I don't accept no for an answer, and I am able to achieve the things I set out to do. I identify with this strength the most because all my life I have been working towards something. No matter if it was just to finish an assignment or graduate high school with straight A's, I have always done what I set out to do. It has a great affect on my academic, personal, and social life. It means that I have to focus on what I'm trying to achieve, usually academic, while not letting other aspects of my life, hanging out with my friends or just doing whatever I want, to distract me.

The dream job activity focused on what we want to do in the future. It was specific and it included adding a listing for the job you hope to have in the future. I chose to print out a description of a fashion director and a fashion buyer. In this activity, I learned that there is so much I can really do out in the world. There is a lot of opportunity and I won't 100% know what I want until I truly experience it.

In the My Ohio State Tradition activity we were told to pick an Ohio State tradition, preexisting or one we created, and to describe it and it's importance to us. I just chose some random one that I thought was interesting and didn't take part in. I chose the tradition where the Monday of the Michigan game all of the M's on campus are covered in red tape. I learned how crazy and serious Ohio State football fans truly are from this activity. Also, I learned that I kind of wasted a lot of this semester by not really putting myself out there or being more social so that I could start my own traditions or at least participate in the ones that already exist.
