Where Business Management Meets Sustainable Design!! Danielle Penn earned a BFA in Electronic Design & Multimedia as well as a BA in Media & Communications Arts with a specialization in Advertising and Public Relations from CUNY at The City College of New York. Two-thirds of the way through her three plus year tenure at Ambassador Media Group, where she served as the Senior Print Traffic Manager and Graphic Designer and later as the Director of Internet Operations, she went back to obtain her Masters from Pratt Institute in Design Management. The key teachings of the Design Management program was to educate Designers how to serve as the liaison between the design and business sides of various industries while identifying and allocating creative resources to create a strategic sustainable advantage. Since Ambassador, Danielle has worked as the Digital Brand Manager of the Digital Building and Design brands and later as the Digital Marketing Manager for the Digital Retail brands at the Nielsen Company, as well as the Interactive Project Manager at Eyeblaster Inc., the Head of National Marketing and Communications for Pret A Manger, US, the Interactive Project Manager at the award-winning, minority-owned boutique interactive design agency, Squeaky Wheel Media and as the Social Media Manager and Executive Liaison to the founder of Carol's Daughter, Mrs. Lisa Price. Danielle Penn has a strong passion for holistic marketing experiences, improved relationships between brands and consumers, as well as global environmental and social sustainability.
