I am a Strategic Planner at Emerson, supporting the Measurement Solutions business group with long-term workforce and organizational strategy. My career began in human resources, where I started as an HR intern at Village Automotive Group and worked my way up through roles including HR Generalist, Supervisor, Manager, HR Business Partner, and Principal HR Business Partner. Each step gave me hands-on experience supporting employees, guiding leaders, and navigating change, including multiple acquisitions and organizational transitions.

I earned my degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas after beginning my college career at Florida Southern College. My background in economics and business helps me connect people strategy with business outcomes.

I believe strong organizations are built on clear communication, adaptability, and trust. I focus on listening first and thinking ahead. Strategic planning, to me, is about aligning talent with where the business is going next.

Outside of work, I am completing a 300-hour yoga teacher training and stay active through fitness and travel. I also support organizations such as the Red Cross, Soles 4 Souls, and Bridging. I value growth, community, and continuous learning.
