Daniel Maestro
Gemglade, Oren
Daniel's early household was an interesting place, full of many siblings, delicious home-cooked food, and a loving set of parents. He was the third born of five, to a mother who loved him dearly. His father was warm-hearted, and cherished his family as well, carrying them through hard times and lifting them even higher in times of happiness. It was he who taught Daniel the most important lessons in life: lessons of love, friendship, honor, and happiness.
Daniel and his family lived among the treetops of a far away forest in the early times of Aegis. He had quite a peculiar setting of a home, seeing as though he lived just several tens of feet above a human village. During daylight, his father would descend from the home and carry about his business in the village, fishing and trading with the residents. Daniel's mother was far too busy with the littler siblings to be able to come out of the home, however Daniel often wandered down and explored.
It was during these times that Daniel was instructed on how to use a fishing rod. He hardly liked the task, and often saw it as pointless and time consuming. He argued with his father over the use of waiting hours and hours lake-side, only to come up with a few fish. His father attempted to tell him that patience was key, and that it would later aid him in his life, however he refused to listen.
When it came to his teenage years, Daniel was nearly always out of the house. He stayed among humans most of the time, often travelling to the nearest city to trade simple elven items and get a glimpse of what was occurring outside of his village. It was there that he learned how to wield many different weapons, including his favorite--the bow. He was also taught how to get by in the city, and soon started carrying home a steady supply of minas to his simple treetop home.
When Daniel began to near his 20's, he decided to happily part from his family and move elsewhere. He bid his parents and siblings farewell, and moved out of the home to Laurelin, the elven capital, with plenty of money, food, and weaponry. This is where he purchased a home, and lived happily among his elven brothers and sisters. It was a wonderful experience for him, as he had never felt so connected to people before.
After several years in Laurelin, an undead attack occurred. Daniel couldn't remember much, and blacked out for a very long time. He saw glimpses of a new world. The word "Asulon" came to
