In 2001 I graduated with an Upper Second Class degree with Honours in Human Geography and Social Policy. I was awarded the School Prize for best overall undergraduate performance. In 2005 I completed a MA in Globalisation, Culture and The City at Goldsmiths, London.
My main areas of interest are politics and current affairs, socioeconomic theory, environmentalism and the culture of cities. These are themes I want to address in my blog.
I'm also interested in film, music, travelling and cinema.
My favourite book is Craig Murray's Murder In Samarkand. My favourite film is Tornatore's Cinema Paradiso and my favourite album is Van Morrison's Astral Weeks.
I am obsessed with the life and work of musician Neil Young.
