Let me tell you about my role as a startup Founder and Chief Executive Officer. It's been one wild ride!

I started by building this cool self-service subscription platform called Parking Made Easy from scratch. No fancy investor cash – just pure hustle. We've grown like crazy, hitting millions of users and over 100,000 freemium members. Pretty sweet, right?

I dove deep into market research to really get what our customers needed. Then I whipped up some awesome marketing plans to spread the word across Australia. It was all about nailing our target market and standing out from the crowd.

Building the team was a blast. I brought together this amazing bunch of 10+ freelancers from all over. We used SMART goals to keep everyone on track and smash our milestones. It's incredible what a great remote team can do!

For product development, I worked super closely with our engineers and designers. We kept tweaking and improving, focusing on the most important features and user experience. This got us to market faster, which was key.

I even became a bit of an SEO guru. I learned this fancy EEAT strategy, created content that our audience loved, and nabbed some sweet backlinks. We also jumped into paid ads, growing the business while actually cutting ad costs by over 50%. Talk about a win-win!

Email marketing was huge for us. I set up these cool automated campaigns that followed the customer journey. We even threw in some SMS marketing for good measure.

One of my favorite parts? Pitching to journalists. We landed over 40 positive mentions in major media across the country. It was all about finding unique angles and building relationships.

Of course, I had to keep an eye on all the numbers too. I tracked everything using those fun marketing acronyms. It helped us optimize our conversion funnel like crazy.

I got really into A/B testing and analytics, using data to understand our audience better and fine-tune our campaigns. We managed to lower acquisition costs and boost lifetime value, hitting a 100% ROI. Not too shabby!

Oh, and what about the finances! I handled all the nitty-gritty stuff. It wasn't always glamorous, but it kept us growing and sustainable.

And get this – I even wrote and published a book about parking! Managed the whole process from start to finish. It was a great way to show off our expertise.

So that's been my journey as a startup CEO. It's been challenging, exciting, and incredibly rewarding. Every day brings something new, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
