What can I say; I'm a nature loving, fishing, furniture building, pro picture taking family man. Life takes you on lots of crazy adventures and ours has taken us halfway across the country and back again. Our lives have changed a lot since we left WV 5 years ago, namely we had our beautiful baby girl, Jovi, in 2016. After over 5 years now in Houston we're headed home to our mountain state early next year to pick our life back up again in West Virginia. You have no idea how much I missed those mountains.

It’s been over 10 years since I started shooting weddings and portraits professionally. What makes me a bit on the unique side is that I’m probably one of the very few photographers you'll come across that has an actual background in photography, a fine art photography degree to be exact. I still like to exhibit my work on occasion and I have an Etsy store dedicated to landscapes, and custom furniture (that’s a bio all in itself) that you can see right here. It’s crazy the things an idle artists hands can come up with in their down time.

I'm not going to go all cliche and go on about your photos being one of the few things you'll take home from your wedding. No doubt you've read countless other bios that say it. It's true, no doubt. The fact is you don't want to be left with photog regrets. You should build a relationship with your photographer because you love their work and who they are as a person not simply because the price was right at the time. You owe that to yourself. So I invite you to check out my work and get to know me; I love meeting new people!

When it comes down to it, for me shooting weddings is an artform and I pour myself into capturing them, not only my couples memories, but works of art that’ll last a lifetime. Portraits are no different. When I do portraits of my own family I find myself always going back to the pictures and reminiscing. They're priceless memories that we'll always keep close.
