Since making first contact with an internet connected computer when I was 11, I'm on the verge of online innovation and development. I launched my first brand "Stargate-Project" when I was 16 and became known in this community for my expertise and was invited to the set location based in Vancouver, B.C., in 2006.

After selling "Stargate-Project" I continued my career by studying at BUW and graduated with honor in "Print and Media Technologies" in 2010 after publishing a thesis on the changing online content distribution and marketing due to new technologies like E-Book readers and tablets (get as E-Book). I also did a project on the future of newspapers, which was also well received and has valid points even today (get as E-Book).

While studying I started working as an online consultant and editor in chief for a consulting company with clients in the European print and media industry. I became known for my knowledge and analysis of online development and web-to-print, but later on specialized on innovative online ideas and brands.

I took a short downtime after becoming a dad and marrying my wife in 2012 (and changed my last name to Mittendorf, formerly Schürmann). After this 5 month downtime I started to work for a printing company group called WeirichMedien and led the online department for over 2.5 years to become a big player in online CMS for supermarket retailers in Germany.

Currently I'm employed as a project manager for E-Commerce and CMS at Fressnapf, Germany's leading retailer for pet food and accessories.

I spend my spare time with my son and my lovely wife as well as our two dogs and try to be the German Tim Taylor (Home Improvement) as I enjoy being a "Toolman" and work on our lovely little home in Oberhausen, Germany.
