Daniel Ruhl

Physical Therapist in Tulsa, OK, USA

I am an Oklahoma-based physical therapist dedicated to helping people move better, recover with confidence, and stay active throughout every stage of life. My interest in physical therapy began after a shoulder injury during high school baseball. Rehabilitation showed me that the right care can restore more than strength. It can also rebuild independence, confidence, and quality of life.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma and later completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. My work includes orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, balance disorders, chronic pain, workplace injuries, and healthy aging.

I believe movement is medicine when it is prescribed correctly. My approach focuses on patient education, active rehabilitation, functional strength, clear communication, and long-term habits instead of quick fixes. I want every patient to understand their condition, treatment plan, and role in the recovery process.

I also mentor future physical therapists and support community programs focused on injury prevention, fall prevention, workplace ergonomics, and lifelong mobility. Outside the clinic, I enjoy fishing, hiking, golf, strength training, photography, woodworking, barbecue, exploring Oklahoma’s outdoors with my family, and attending college sporting events.
