I am an International Business Graduate with a Marketing Concentration from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, AR. I worked in the franchising industry with Coldwell Banker, the best real estate franchise in the world for over 5 years. I was responsible for overseeing the Costa Rica operation, and provide support in training, marketing, procedures set up, office set up, management and general admin.

I also have 2 years of experience in Property Management and know what it takes to set up a successful property management operation.

I am fluent in Spanish and English and love to do translation as well. I have experience in written translation as well as oral translation presentations for large groups of up to 1,000 participants.

I am a passionate of the Internet and I have created a very succesful Wordpress Blog (www.momentobiblico.com). I am in the process of stablishing Zohet Marketing, a social media training, management and consulting company.

On the other hand, I am a passionate christian with a heart to follow God and serve my Lord in Guanacaste. I am an avid youth leader at my church and more than anything I want to see the youth come to Christ
