Cardiac Electrophysiologist Heart Rhythm Special in Newton, Massachusetts

I’m Daniel Soroff, MD, a cardiac electrophysiologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of heart rhythm disorders. Originally from Newton, Massachusetts, I have built my career around helping patients understand and manage conditions involving the heart’s electrical system.

I believe good medicine requires more than technical knowledge. It also requires careful judgment, clear communication, sincerity, and the ability to listen. I want patients to understand what is happening with their health, why a particular approach is being considered, and how it may benefit them.

Cardiac electrophysiology is a field that often involves solving complex problems. Heart rhythm issues can come and go, and the answer is not always obvious during a single appointment. I value asking questions, looking closely at the available information, and approaching each patient as an individual.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy boating, hiking, camping, and travel. I have owned and operated boats in New England waters since 2005. Time outdoors has reinforced many of the qualities I value professionally, including preparation, patience, sound judgment, and respect for changing conditions.
