• Collaborated on design, coding, and roll out of a multifaceted Accounts Receivable web based Client invoicing setup and management system. It opened maintenance windows allowed check in and out and closed windows making ready for next window.
• Created several 'User Performed' Systems to Self-manage Planned Maintenance programs for and by our Clients eliminating confusion and inaccurate reporting of work done by the vendors.
• Designed a process flow for managing various clients’ specific needs without major system changes. Resulted in a laundry-list methodology of maintaining Client Specific customizations.
